Full time and we went better than expected by everyone. It's a long climb from the bottom. KFlan may not be a 7 but he's a trier, and the best we have at the moment so I'm not going to fault him. Ricky got the win but was unconvincing. Not a real contender on that effort tonight compared to the usual suspects. Roll on next week.

I agree with your first points G4me but I’ve watched most of their games all year and they’ve been very good. Don’t forget they blew the Bulldogs off the park in the first half when they played them. The only weakness is they can drift in and out of games sometimes but geez they’re a well balanced side

Man, what a strange game. Probably one of our worst performances of the year and with a woeful completion in the 60% range, but still took it to them at their home ground.

Just goes to show no team is capable of playing for the full 80mins this year, you are not safe with big leads anymore.

Also, on a side note, I would put Weekes in the top 6 fastest players and sloan just made it look so easy against him. good stuff, it's a shame he doesn't cut it in first grade because he's great to watch in open space.

I’m not happy Debelin won’t be with us next year but I reckon Egan plays a similar role and tackles everything that moves and with the likes of the Couchmans and Stewart fully fit we’ve got a more mobile and younger pack next year.

It was terrible, the worst play of the year for us because it was totally inept, we have to move on, but the Sloan Gutho repeat bomb debacle was inexcusable.

Egan does and Stewart plus the Couchmen help massively but we still have half the season before we're anywhere near full strength.

And with the Allen one, which led to their winning try, the Canberra guy was never getting near the ball. They just look for penalties to give against us, I’m convinced, but admittedly paranoid too.
