Yeo trying to ballplay has been ineffective in Origin. He’s been one of our best since he started just running the ball. Would be silly to change that now.

The tactic has been for him to run more which has been successful. What that does though is cause the line to stay tight and it now opens up the possibility of creating more space out wide given the Queenslanders will have to remain tight on the inside (how i like my women incidentally).

But if you always do the same thing, you get worked out and it doesn't keep getting you results. This is like a game of chess and you've got to think a few moves ahead in my view. The idea is the same as the old strategy of getting halfbacks to run early in games so that later on, space opens up out wide.

What I don't want to see too much tonight is too much one out running through the middle. The Gallen play was never a winner.
