London dont have the money or the revenue to survive in SL at the moment. Replacing one failing club for one that could likely be in same boat within 12 months is just dumb.
I want to see London back in SL but they need to be able to get crowds of 6-8k and have someone willing to put in 1 million quid+ a year or they simply wont be viable. Such is where SL clubs finances are at at the moment.
And that goes for Bulls or Toulouse as well.

Big day for Salford Thursday as they face the HMRC deadline for a 600k tax bill.
Will HMRC give them a extension?
Will their owners finally show up with the cash?

Aren’t they owned by a billionaire? Mind you I’ve heard he bought the club for less than altruistic reasons.

Whether Salford survive or not they clearly need to be punted from super league and hopefully replaced by Toulouse.

Toulouse in. Salford out, and out forever. They have been given every opportunity. If RL wants to stick with the 'have to have a team in Manchester' project then get Oldham in. Anyone but the City Reds, this is the 4th time they have pulled this BS since the Koukash era

The chaos that is Salford continues. Now players are threatening to not play on Friday night.

Sooner season is over for them and they are replaced by Toulouse or York the better. Hopefully they can do what HKR, Leigh and Wakey have done and regroup in championship and eventually come back stronger.

It's never good to read about a RL club in trouble but sometimes things need to get worse before they can get better.

Don't feel sorry for Salford one bit

They have known thier financial situation for years...yet continued to sign big players and wages ...yet still couldn't be get crowds over 3500 despite making finals

They are like that dickhead mate at uni who spaffs all his student loan in the first two weeks and then refuses to pay his part of the leccy bill

And now players and fans suffer.... Many fans will have lost money in Thier 'share' scheme too

They should play in the Championship and be made to do it at Moore lane (5000 seater).....
