This season could have panned so different, so easily. The dogs game for one instance...

Congrats to the players. Special mention to the debutants and Cook for filling in excellently. LKT quietly getting better each week...still wish we were hanging onto Jack.

Our boys just about broke me mid season. In recovery mode I can see we have a ray of sunshine, especially all the good young guys we have and they will be recovered by next year from a shocking run of injuries.

A few astute buys and we may be in it next year, as long as we bring the guts and courage we have shown at times this year.

I think we have shown more this year than last year in a way.

As much as I like Sloan as a person, I am struggling to see him realising his potential, he makes so many poor choices. Love to be proved wrong whether he is a dragon or not.

Lastly, Klem has shown enough for me, he shows guts and that might be our trademark next year.

No spoon for us and Souths getting it would help my recovery.

Slight negatives (not many at all again)

- again a lot of ball (like Canberra game) and just didn’t put the nail in the coffin! But so good to see ball movement.

- Guler only making 56m (he’ll be lucky to jag a spot next year)

- Abother f**king injury to add to the 12 we have, though next man up mentality !!

What a gutsy win all round. I agree with every positive player comment on here post game. How good is Gutho. He fire's up in every decision. Feck I'm loving him in the Red V even though he's lost a little pace. How good would he have looked in Dragons colours ten years ago??
