Not surprised it’s around the 45k mark tbh. Needs a big push to get the southern based event fan to purchase now. I don’t envisage there being a huge jump up in sales again from the north, you’ve still got the Grand Finals to come and early bird membership sales for 2026 to start very soon (Cas have released their pricing for ‘26) and I think most northern based RL fans have done Wembley and the allure around the place is gone compared to the way in which people discuss the old Wembley.

I'm very dissapointed with Tedesco's decision not to want play for us.
The biggest honour is sport is to play for your country. Not a city, not a city suberb or state, but to play for your country
Teddy wants. Need's doctors to look after. And services his sore knee. And they have decided to use the off season to do that. Health wellness comes 1st

and a trip to turkey to maintain his turkey teeth - enjoy the wedding and crap awards - what a bottle less let down he turned out to be - wont forget that in a hurry over in the UK - scared of England will be his legacy here

Kangaroos couldn’t get 40k lol
exactly.

the kangaroos would kill to have the Wembley and Everton crowd numbers.
that women’s union game was the biggest pile of turd ever, how it got 80k in the stadium, national media and millions watching on tv will remain life’s mystery. Anyone who says the quality of sport on the pitch affects audiences and crowds needs to be made to watch that game!
they got 80k because it was rammed down everybody’s throat non-stop on every media platform going just like all women’s sports are these days.

Women’s sport still gets a mere fraction of coverage compared to male sports. This post comes off as pathetic whining tbh.

Mitch Moses unlucky to miss out on a spot there.

But Strange did have a great year. Maybe the fact he can play centre puts him in the team. We also need to blood the next crop in time for the WC next year.

Yeah, nah, no one in England is that bothered about Tedesco. I’ve not seen any negative press towards him at all.

As for women’s sports, they market so well and have created big audiences for them while we go as ambitious as 19k stadiums in Headingley.

Thought the same thing RE Moses.

Dearden was MOS in Origin. So he was a lock.

Munster and Cleary not incumbent but stalwarts at this point. Locks as well I suppose.

So that left Moses. I'd probably say the least versatile of the lot? Maybe Cleary/Moses are similar in that they could play 6 or 7. But we know Munster can cover fullback. Dearden has spent time in the 9. Strange covering centre then became a factor potentially.

Matt Burton I'd say also unlucky to miss out. I assume he lost out to Strange:

Staggs
Best
Lomax
Strange
