41912 AUS v ARG union last Sep
41906 for the inaugural game (SYD v SOU) in Sep 2022
41604 for R27 SYD v SOU last year
Then tonight 41424 SYD v SOU
41021 ANZAC Day last year SYD v SGI

Suncorp has a far greater capacity than the Gabba obviously. The Broncos and Lions crowds post-Olympics will be interesting. Both should increase after the respective stadiums are built/renovated.

They have ANZAC day game in Wellington this year as well but they should be looking at 1 or 2 games at Eden park when they're playing someone like the Broncos for instance.

In any case, NZ is drastically under serviced for NRL games! NZ2 ASAP!

Unfortunately both our home and away games against the Broncos are at Suncorp this year

As a Wellingtonian I appreciate them coming back though, been a few years (R1 2023 and then 2019 before that)

They've also got the Eels there as well, which is possibly a better barometer. So long as one of Roosters v Souths is in the mix for Finals, that game is comfortably 35K+

Take that up with the "Zac Lomax" of NRL CEOs, Souths Blake Solly who signed the lease to keep them at Accor even after they'd been told it wouldn't get a refurb. He's been whingeing and trying to get them out of that lease ever since Allianz opened.

My mates and always buy the cheapest tickets and just stand on the concourse behind the premium seats and drink beers. Done it dozens of times and never get moved on! Best view from there!

how do you not know this ?
