I know we all wanted more, and the Bulldogs have been great at exceeding expectations over the past 18 months, but 20K is still an above average result for a Sydney club versus Newcastle (especially a Newcastle team missing it's two best players)

The club playing in Vegas and then having a round 2 bye has limited their chance of building much momentum heading into this game and then with Good Friday being earlier this year, I'm sure there was a good portion of Bulldogs fans who decided to wait 6 days before forking out for tickets.

I think it's another that will end up over 20k. The ends look healthy (particularly the southern end), the lower deck is basically full, but its hard to work out how many people are on the top level in the sun on the eastern side.

Looking ahead to Easter

Rabbitohs v Bulldogs
Match is finally showing some momentum with a large portion of the reserve seats selling out in the past 48 hours and the first level 4 bay (410) selling out. Hopefully the Rabbitohs will continue to release more bays on Level 4 soon.

Titans v Broncos
Match has been selling really well, following Friday's win by the Broncos should sell out regardless, though a Titans win tomorrow wouldn't hurt.

Knights v Raiders
Well ahead of the Knights v Warriors match, with already most of the upper western grandstand already gone, and very few tickets in the lower bowl. Not much left in the southern hill either.

Eels v Wests Tigers
For a normal game, the sales map is very encouraging, though the premium pricing the Eels have put on this one may make it a slow burn.
