Voss in particular will declare a marginal Eels pass forward with nary a peep out of when the opposition throw a gridiron pass to a player in an offside position.
As for Brandy, how the hell is it allowed that a Deputy Chairman on the Board of Directors of another football club be allowed to commentate on games?

We should demand that Mark Jenkins be appointed by fosxsports to sit alongside Vossy as co-commentator for Panthers games.

Big difference Walker didn't start, Paulo was the best player on the field and Willie P best game in 4 years. Kelma the sloth not missed and neither was the stupidity and laziness of KK. Moses kicked them to death and some of the yoong blokes tackled everything that moved. Nanva made some huge tackles.
But were the old boys sober enough to see it?

He also had another brain explosion after that try and turned the ball over on our 3rd tackle I think on our 30 to put the Dogs on attack. Only through a knock on off Galvin's forward pass to Connor Tracy on the burst 10 metres out and Kelly would have cancelled his try.

Still, I gotta give credit where credit is due, that tackle bump and kick was Kennyesque.
He’s also pretty good in yardage.

When we expect them to perform they don't, when I expect a flogging they show up.
Manly to flog us next week.
I am legit in shock. I have never had more bets on us losing. And losing BIG!

Im absolutely rapped but more confused than ever.

It was a seemingly terrible side. But our edges defended so much better. Assume Tuilagi and KK comes straight back in which is really sad.

PS Nanva is absolutely a first grader!

Ive never been so sure we would lose.
Went with the family. Said to the wife and kids as soon as this starts getting ugly we are outta here.
Paulo, Peninsi, Moses, Kelly, Pryke and Nanva i thought were excellent/really good.
Walker needs to put some of those balls away especially when playing in front on the scoreboard.
The commitment, effort and desire was there from the get go.
The thing is how do they play like this every week with the same commitment, effort and desire.
No one apart from Russell comes back in.
We do miss Ionghi but Papalii is getting better every week.
Youth is where its at.
Im also glad Debelin started and Walker came off the bench...
Go u mighty Eels...
What a great win and against the scum of all scum

The lunatic who was the first to predict a 13+win is back from the game. I am very disappointed with the lack of faith by most of the people on this site.

Was just about to post the same! He made some pretty good tackles. There was one where he cleaned up on the edge in the centre spot! Did good
I thought I saw him make that same defensive play twice. Pushing out onto Preston.

He’s a funny one, Mataele. Looks the part but just has no leg drive. But he defends well, which is what we needed today, and every other day.

He has been making decent metres in cup.

Was saying to people I was watching it with, I could see him as the type of player who ends up at the Storm playing 100 nrl games.

Think he just needs a bit of luck (injury free and opening in the nrl side).

Penisini can actually be a first grader if he plays like that. Cut the bullshit, forget the passing almost always. And just lead kick chase and make your f**king tackles!

Oh, and use your f**king strength because surprise surprise, when you tuck the ball under your arm and run straight bringing the ball back you’re actually f**king helpful!

That has to be one of the most memorable victories in my memory, up there with so many finals wins and also the Roosters win last year.

I had a feeling they would put in a much better effort than last week, considering all the hype with the 1986 team and the legends getting together,, however I didnt think they would come out with that performance. Everyone played well and all had a dig.

Such an amazing performance. Whatever Ryles said to the boys during the week, it certainly made them grow so much. Full credit to everyone that played together, they all should be proud of themselves.

They not only did it for the legends today but they did for us fans and themselves. Thank you!!!
