RLWC Game 9 : Scotland V Fiji *spoilers*

I think Scotland will be tougher for Fiji than people think.
If you go on previous results it should be a walkover, but i don't think they can rely on a crucial player getting injured after 4 minutes as happened in the France game.

Having said that, i'm going and will be massively disappointed if Aku doesn't get a triple.

I think the bookies are being a bit harsh on Scotland here. I think there is a fair chance Fiji will believe their own press and be a bit off here.

Though as Scotland don't have a Jared Hayne, it's hard to go past Fiji winning!

Confidence is a funny thing in RL and I think the Fijians will be brimming with it ahead of this one. If they keep a composed head on their shoulders like they did in the opening 20 of last match then they will get home in this one.

I've put my money where my mouth is and gone for a Scotland/Fiji halftime fulltime double. I've also taken Scotland at $1.95 with 18.5 points start.

Since they demolised France - who in turn hammered Scotland - I think Fiji may win comfortably. Fatigue from a short turnaround may be their only problem.

The French had a game plan built around the ball hog AKA James Lose (Wynne). When he went off after 4 minutes they didn't have a plan B.

I expect Fiji to win, but i don't think they are going to get it easy.

try for Scotland right on half time, Michael Robertson scored it, Brough converts the goal and the HT siren goes, 12-4 Scotland.
