Johnson is turning into a very good test cricketer for Australia. You'd have to start classing him as an all rounder, his batting and his striking is quite pure.

Bizarrely enough, Johnson is looking a more accomplished batsmen than the likes of Hussey and Hayden at the moment. Not just the scores but the technique, shot selection and temperament.
