Chin up lads, we bombed at least three tries (being generous) in the first 20 mins. We didn't score them, but clearly if we did we would have won the game. We had the ability to win that match, it just didn't fall for us tonight (or this season thus far).

For the record, I don't think there's a huge gap between the teams of 07, 08 and 09. Things just clicked for us in 08 and we won a ton of close games. In 07 and so far in 09 we've been losing but not by much.

Seems to be that most are equating playing badly to the above happening.

It's just as likely 30YS points are what are leading to bad play.
