Sources for the above two posts?

So as expected, Joel Clinton off to Hull is only a matter of time?

That's my expected squad, based on news articles, BRONCO magazine and a number of other sources.

I can validate Smiley's post as well.

The average age of that squad is 22 years old. I remember afew years ago we were called old and slow.

Average amount of First-Grade games for the squad is 46 games.

If you remove Lockyer (315) it goes down to 37 games.

9 players who haven't Debuted yet.

8 more that have under 10 games.

only 6 players with more than 100 games.

Fair enough. Nice effort from both of ya. I will keep reading if you two keep it updated.

Thanks from all loyal Brisbane fans.

We just seem to be getting weaker every season.. this is going to be a difficult year I think.

True, but over the next few years I think we should start to improve. We have a lot of talented young players who will be breaking first grade over the next few years aswell as the ones who already have like McCullough, Winterstein, Glenn, Mcguire, Yow Yeh. In a few years these players should have a bit of experience under their belts and we should be looking good.

Our future looks bright, nothing to worry about.

Just saw some video on FoxSports News. Mostly about Tim Smith and how Lockyer might move to Fullback to make room for Smith. Interview with Scott Anderson. Saw Rivett training don't know if he will be in the Full squad or his just been nominated by Redcliffe to train with the Broncos.

Looked like AUDI has come on board and replaced Toyota as a sponsor.

Cheers Smiley, that possible move about Lockyer I heard this off-season isn't as crazy as it once seemed for some now perhaps. The more I think about it, it makes a lot of sense. Lockyer would still be as influential as ever if not more as his work load in defence would drop.

Luke Patten does alright, Clinton Schifcofske did as well when over 30 wearing the number 1.

Yes but they never switched to five eigth for six seasons.

In other news, Joel Clinton wasn't at the first training session all but confirming his transfer overseas.

Won't matter IF it eventuates. Lockyer is a class above and class players adapt better than mere mortals.

As for Clinton, meh. So long. Best of luck. Not sure how you still attract the $$$ you do. Some are blessed.

It would be a shame to break up the Wallace/Lockyer combination. At the end of last season it was working like a well-oiled machine.

Let's give Hoffman a crack.

Hard to argue. There's where I am torn. Either giving this kid Hoffman a go, a player I think can bloom in to something or moving Lockyer to perhaps ensure longevity.

Tough one.
