We should be to good if all rep players come back alright.I think we have to much strike power for them in gillet , parker , thaidy , teo , falouPlus they never back up after a good win.

I think Wallace has a point to prove when playing against Tim Smith. We should get the win our backline is superior and our backrow is just awesome. Wallace will be MOM and start to hit his best form IMO.

I guess we're favourites, however Gallen, Tupou & Barrett all had good games last week and are no doubt in a mood to show the NSW'ker selectors what they're missing. Add in the Shark Park factor and it all makes for an interesting game.

Sharks have a pack that is 10 times better than ours.

8. Snowden
10. Douglas
13. Gallen

That is quite scary. But the fact that they have a bunch of mongoloids in the backline is quite comforting. Our blackline and blackrow has been in some good form too.

There will also be another victory if Wallace gets MOM. Locky1 or whatever his name is won't be able to call tim smith better than wallace anymore.:D

I think you underestimate Locky's powers of un-observation.

This is a danger game ... beware the team who's coach just announced their resignation from the club.

Hunt Gets Nod Over McCullough

ANDREW McCullough has been reminded how competitive the NRL can be after his good mate Ben Hunt was selected ahead of him in the Broncos team, says head coach Ivan Henjak on Broncos TV.
McCullough has been out for a month with a chest injury, and Hunt's strong play at hooker has allowed him to keep the number-nine jersey.
McCullough was named on the bench.
And Henjak said this was what football was all about.
"That's the way things go," he said.
"Ben Hunt has had his opportunity in the last couple of games and he's been very good.
"Andrew has got some competition and that keeps everyone on their toes."

Best of luck Cronulla fans. Was great to see your side reward you with a good performance on Saturday, lets hope Saturday's game is just as thrilling.

I agree, danger game. Based on our performances against Cronulla in the past during the origin period i can't even see how we are favorites for this one. The last 2 wins mean squat i'm afraid. Winnable game though.

I agree with the sentiment that we're up against it in this one. SOO period is usually the start of a fall for us. Broncos law prevents me from saying slump.

Mate ... we've only got three reps in SOO. This is good news!

Previous years we've had up to 11 or 12. There is no excuse whatsoever for after Origin slum this year.

I like the fact they have gone with Hunt instead of McCullough. I have been a little critical of Henjacks selections in the last month or so but I like his thinking on this one

Hunt deserves it as he has been good at hooker and McCullough is just coming back from injury, so it was the right decision to make.

Happy to see Hunt in the 9. We may see the best out of Macca now that he has some competition. Big game we need the win.

Thats why i said we usually fall and not always cause we don't have a high representation in SOO but needless to say Thaiday, Lockyer and Folau have contributed a lot to our return back to form and are integral part of keeping it going. If they suffer a bout of origin lag we might start losing more than we win. Thats a possibility not a certainity.

Sharks have a couple guys who can smell a Blue jersey and will want to make a statement in this game.
