Good team.

Also, Locky looked fairly fresh after origin this year, compared to previous years.

Thaiday backed up from the test match a few weeks ago and had no problems.

Folau won't have any trouble backing up.

I think we will do fine this year after origin.

THE WOW Brisbane Broncos are expecting all three of their Queensland Origin players to line up against the Sharks on Saturday after medicals this morning.
The trio - Darren Lockyer, Sam Thaiday and Israel Folau - plus 18th man Ben Te'o will all stay in Sydney to rest until the match on Saturday.
But after contact with club staff in Sydney this morning all three said they would be fit for the important Sharks game.
The Broncos side will train without the four Maroon reps in Brisbane tomorrow before the balance of the team flies out to meet their teammates.

Nick Kenny Fails Fitness Test

NICK Kenny will be forced to the sideline for another week after failing a fitness test on his injured calf at final trqining this morning.
Kenny could not convince coaching staff he was ready and was told to wait until Sunday week's away clash against Manly.
Kenny's absence gives Ashton Sims another shot in the NRL after he played against the Gold Coast two weeks ago.
Andrew McCullough will play against the Sharks at Toyota Park tomorrow night in a return from a torn pectoral muscle.
And Gerard Beale and Corey Norman will drop back to the under-20s with the Broncos Origin trio of Darren Lockyer, Sam Thaiday and Israel Folau all certain to play.

THE WOW Brisbane Broncos are refreshed and raring to go against the Sharks tomorrow night, coach Ivan Henjak tells Bronco TV this morning.
The Broncos face the Sharks off the bye and trying to keep a winning streak of two matches alive against the Sharks at Toyota Stadium.
And while thoughts on the value of a bye can be mixed, Henjak said the Broncos had used the week off constructively.
"The break will do us good," he said.
"We were showing signs that we needed a freshen up and the two weeks has been really good.
"We were able to get some quality training in and get some niggling injuries right and work on some team exercises.
"It was good for us."

Should be a good game, hopefully our boys show up with the right attitude and get a good win against the sharks. I am expecting big games from Folau and Hunt.

I think the Sharks will fire up for this one. With the win from last week and Blue jerseys on the line. In days gone by good performances against the Broncos were held in high regard by Blue selectors but don't know if this holds true any more given that Broncs are not the dominant force any more and with low origin representation. Hopefully both teams can lift and it will be a good game. Plenty to play for.

Very good game by Tarik Sims and Gagai.
The young Broncos went missing for a period in the 2nd half and allowed the Sharks back into the game, but finished well.

Hope the first graders won't be heart stoppers, but I expect a tough game.

Thought they played well considering the conditions the stars stood up IMO defence is still a worry but is getting better.

3. Thaiday
2. Hoffman - Is improving every week
1. Teo
1. Tim Smith - Thought I'd give him a point I think he thought he was still playing for the Broncs :lol:

We were kinda lucky to get that win. The Sharks always give 100% especially in the forwards, luckily they are poor in attack. Smith was awful, do you still think we should've kept him lockyno1?

3. Lockyer - continued his good kicking game and I thought his defense was very good as the Sharks really targeted him. Excellent try saver on Barrett.
2. McCollough - I thought his service was a bid ordinary in the first half but improved in the second, his defense was tremendous though.
1. Gillett - Could have gone to a few players but made some good runs and tackles on the left, saved a try and set one up right near the end. I would like if he was in the backrow rather than in the centers.

Also wtf is up with Wallace at the moment? He seems to have lost all of his confidence. Is it the injuries?

Not sure how you can give Gillett 1 point, he did nothing..

3. Hoffman. Seems to be getting better by the week.
2. Lockyer. Another impressive performance backing up from a rep game.
1. Eh.. Tim Smith? Not sure, no one else really stood out. Might think of someone later.

Few players who were very impressive the previous games were quite poor. Teo and Setu mainly. Hopefully this will result in Teo not being 18th man for QLD.

Sims played pretty well. For Sims.
McCullough was taking far to long to pass the ball from dummy half, might be still struggling with injury.
Apart from the 2 errors in attack, I thought Gillett was solid. That run at the end helped (he topped metres made as a result).
Thaiday was obviously a bit tired, was not his best game. Missed the tackle that resulted in a try.
