Yet amazingly, the Sharks' leagues club is bordering on broke and they continue to have one of the lowest home crowd averages in the NRL.
and you attribute this to house prices in the Shire how?

Really?

So the Leagues Club confirmed to the media they were seeking a merger with other clubs in the area just for fun?
Do you know how clubs are run? Have you run a club before?

An amalgamtion does not automatically mean it's broke and going under.

It can be an avenue to many many possible outcomes more good than bad.

The Roosters amalgamated with two clubs, but they weren't broke or going under, quite the contrary actually.

Panthers amalgamated with a huge club in Newcastle, and it wasn't broke or going under, again, quite the contrary.

Nearly every single Leagues club which has an NRL team, is amalgamated with more than 1 club elsewhere in the state.

They do it to strengthen their product, improve business and profits at both venues, increase their coverage of certain areas etc etc, there are many regions and reasons for amalgamation.

And neither, you nor I or anyone else here knows the reasons behind the Sharks Leagues Clubs decision to amalgamate.

Either way the footy club is on life support. Whether or not the leagues club decision to amalgamate is coming from a position of strength or weakness, the football club is in trouble. I'll bet you 10 grand that within 5 years one of the following is true:

a) The Cronulla Sharks have relocated to another state.
b) The Cronulla Sharks have folded.

Does not thou knowest Sir Danish, that Lord Timmah has taken upon the role of Knight and Protector of the St. George-Illawarra Socks during this finals campaign ? The great Sir Knight stands in the way of all those who mock the socks

I shall smite thee foul miscreant if thou dost persist in this idiocy that Timmah ever be worthy of the term Knight!

I Baron Vo Mandor am the mightiest Knight alive!

Wow how many of you princesses are on your rags today? The suit to a fair few people who aren't dragons fans looks fairly outdated and they say so. Why do you have a problem with that and what on earth do you think pointing that out has to do with your chances of winning?

because his new found love of all things red and white makes him all mad when mean spirited sharkies have a dig at his favourite little kickers stupid blazer.

he must retaliate with the status quo.

I don't take offence at all, I just find it baffling that the strongest supporter of the dragons over the finals series isn't even a legit dragons fan.

Seriously I can't recall you going into bat for your own team as strongly. Its odd.
Yeh his roots a drag fan...no balls to draw a line, manboobs a snagfan
