Well Im a proud Chooks fan today.

We stood around in the rain watching Braith say his speech and boys get their medals.

GO THE ROOSTERS!!!!!

I was at the game with a friend whose father played for Easts many moons ago.....he is one of the few left of his era, turning 83 today...........I was proud but gutted although I never quite believed we were actually in the grand final as it was so unexpected weeks out :lol:

Unfortunately I did not wait to see the speechs as things were getting a little hairy being a roosters fan in the section we were sitting in and the poor young girl next to me just wanted to get out but was too scared to move so we offered to take her and her friend with us and high tailed it.

I'm not sure I will ever be able to watch anything to do with this GF to see the speech that was made ..... ah well

I never leave a match before the fulltime siren, but last night I couldn't bring myself to sit there in a stadium with 40,000 dragons fans going wild. I left at the 78th minute.

Yep I can understand that, many Roosters fans did the same.

I was proud (and shattered) and I wanted to show my support not that Braith or the boys would have noticed :shock::lol:

:lol: probably couldnt see the blue from the distance, thought it was all red and white

we decided it was safest to wait until fulltime, the ones leaving before were getting caned and missiles were firing etc. my heads far too big and easy a target :lol:
