No their haven't been any floods in Walcha, it is near Tammworth and Armidale in the New England Area - A thriving little town and he has supposedly bought a fantastic little pub their that had a few million in renovations 10 years ago and then was sold by the owners and the new owner through a variety of business deals went broke so supposedly Rusty got it in a good deal
