South Sydney halfback Chris Sandow says he has no intention to backflip on his move to Parramatta

South Sydney halfback Chris Sandow has killed off hopes the Rabbitohs may still retain him, declaring he has no intention to backflip on his move to Parramatta.

Despite mocking Sandow's $1.6 million four-year deal with Parramatta during the week, the Bunnies insist they can still convince him to stay at Redfern before the contract can be registered on June 30.
And chief executive Shane Richardson has urged salary cap auditor Ian Schubert to scrutinise the NRL contract should they miss out.
Will South Sydney's efforts to keep Chris Sandow affect the halfback's performances in 2011? Discuss the issue at the bottom of the page.
But Sandow on Sunday said he has no intention of going back on his word. The 22-year-old expressed surprise at South Sydney's stance, but insists it will not alter his decision.

"I'll be at Parra next year," Sandow said.
Asked whether he would go back on his word under any circumstances, Sandow, said: "No. I'm totally happy with my decision. You've just got to live with it."

So if Souths re-sign him before June 30 then will Ian Schbert be asked to go over the Souths deal or only he he doesn't re-sign Ianwill be asked to go over the Parra deal?
Richo is a deadset wanker isn't he?

Trouble is that I have seen Sandow back-flip before after scoring a try. So he's done it before ...

Good on Sandow for coming out in the media and putting an end to the speculation nice and early. Richo really is a tool.

Sandow should say he position at the club is untenable and would like a release from his current contract and we can sign him before june 30 for the rest of this year aswell.

That'd be like a dream!

ESPECIALLY if Ben Roberts did the same...

We'd have a couple of guys who could create SOMETHING in the halves

He was huge tonight for Souths. Kicked a 40/20, great goalkicking, a field goal and set up tries. Thank god we don't have to go for this search for a 7 shit next year.

We have found him. :thumb
