I know you get really pumped after we get a win, but a pack including Snowden, Tupou, Douglas, J.Smith and now Tagatese will be no pushover.

Whilst their halves are still inexperienced, guys like Gardiner get involved in their attack. Besty will no doubt have this game marked in the calender too.

Yes, the Sharks are not StGeorge or Melbourne, but neither are we.

Whilst I think we can win, they are not a team that gives up.

Of those Snowden and Douglas have checked out, they're not going at 100% and it's obvious IMO, Tupou has been a shadow of himself since he's been with the sharks, and Smith looks like yet another player who is only great with Bennett. Not counting the game against the Dragons, Smith has hardly had a good game all year.

The Sharks are more of a 1 man team than the Eels, one bloke gives a damn and carries them across the line occasionally, other than that they are mostly young players playing for a contract and over the hill veterans treating the Sharks as an ATM.

If we play to our ability, they won't come close. If the worst happens, it won't be because they won it, but because we lose it.

No doubt Gallen had a huge game last week when they beat the Dogs, but I thought their forwards stepped up too.

If Gardiner was our fullback this year, we would be sitting 4 points higher on the ladder now, of that I have no doubt.

I won't be taking them lightly and neither will the team, but in saying that, if we play with the same toughness as last night, we will also be difficult to beat.

On the SOO, I think your QLD side will be too strong in Game III.
Hodges showed his class play, after being out for 6 weeks, so that will create even more problems for the Blues.

And my fellow Souths fans, please don't get big headed after 2 wins on the trot in an other wise pretty ordinary season... our boys have been busting their guts, and it's been great to watch, even in defeat. But we've been down this road far too many times to start gloating. Yes, I think we'll beat the sharks, but without GI and DT, who do you suppose is going to bust them open for us? It will be a close one, and I think we'll get home because they will be without their heart and soul.

I'm excited that our season is still alive, but I've been a South's fan long enough to not get worked up with two straight wins when we are sitting out side the 8... come talk to me if we win the next two and it might be a different story

See, i would have been tired of one of the most boring forums on the board a long time ago, however your 'moderator' decided to get rather petty, so i'm just making sure he keeps his promise to you all..

In all honesty i couldn't really care if opposition fans on the internet like me or not..

But from where I'm standing, there's really only one reason for you to be coming on here constantly... you simply have nothing better to do. Good game to you guys. Saw the 2nd half when I got back from Campbelltown. The atrocious conditions were absolutely beautiful to watch. I haven't seen weather like that since the last game @ Belmore back in 98 Bulldogs vs Storm in which we won 8-4.

More games like this are needed which is why a Perth Reds team is needed ASAP. We don't see conditions like this in Sydney or the East Coast anymore. Absolutely loved it.
