Lol Victorians. 6/143 needing just 209 for first innings points, then 7/157, then 8, 9 and 10 for 185 as Rohrer takes three wickets in 5 balls to finish the innings off and finish with 4/13 himself from 4.5 overs. First innings lead of 23 runs in the bag.

Where's this sort of bullshit performance been all year.

Queensland claim first innings points and have a lead of 194 against the Redbacks.

Youngster Joe Burns scored 130, Hartley contributed a valuable 68 and debutant Kemp made a solid 47. The tail wagged well too, Magoffin in particular scoring a quick fire 46 off 44 balls before being run out to close out the innings.

Gary Putland was easily the Redbacks best bowler with figures of 6/72 off 30.

Hmm another century for Ponting. He's averaging about 100 since being dropped. He's whole summer average is close to 80.

Nev ended up on 56*, been comfortably our best player this season.

Finch was fortunate to survive an lbw appeal first ball.

Would love to clean them up here but dont really see it happening

edit - just got Finch LBW then. Come on you blues. Probably the last match in the baggy blue for a few players, depending on the contract situation next year.

Tassie's Jackson Bird looks like he could be a talent for the future. 48 wickets in 7 matches for an average of 15
