Maybe you should take some time and objectively look at all the shit you've posted in nearly 9 years here, but before you do that, look up the word 'objective' in the dictionary.
''It will be alleged that shortly before 5am two men were leaving the Albert Street premises when one of the men became involved in a verbal altercation with two women who were standing outside,'' a statement from the Queensland Police Service said.
''It will be further alleged that during the altercation a 31-year-old Brisbane woman was pushed in the chest by a man, causing her to stumble backwards. The woman was not physically injured and the man and woman were not known to each other.''
So from the sounds of things he was provoked...which isn't surprising. Still, footballer or not if you are out on the Coast at 5am you're asking for trouble.

How do you form that opinion?

Melbourne Storm centre Maurice Blair has been suspended for two matches by the club for his involvement in an alleged assault on a woman.
Blair was charged by police over the incident, which occurred on Saturday night after the Storms 30-6 win over Gold Coast Titans at Skilled Park.
While the club has not confirmed precisely what occurred, it has been reported that Blair was charged for pushing over a woman outside a nightclub on the Gold Coast.
The Storm did not hold back in their condemnation of the 27-year-old, calling his actions "unacceptable" and saying everyone at the club is extremely disappointed.
Blair issued an apology in the same media statement.
"I would like to apologise to my family, friends, fans and all the stakeholders of Melbourne Storm for my involvement in the incident," Blair stated.
"Everyone at Melbourne Storm is well educated and fully aware of our requirements when it comes to respectful relationships and the decisions we make.
"If I had my time again I would have made a better choice to ignore the situation.
"I have been fully cooperative with everyone involved and I have accepted the outcomes.
"My focus will be on working hard to get back into the team."
In addition to the ban, which applies to NRL and NSW Cup matches, Blair will also be ordered to pay an undisclosed fine, which will go towards the club's education and awareness program.
Rubbish. Lots of people start their exercise early here.
I am not out until 5.30, and there are already loads of people on the paths, beaches, and roads. Joggers, walkers, bike riders, you name it.

POLICE have been forced to drop an assault charge against Melbourne Storm star Maurice Blair after a magistrate agreed he was not a time traveller.
Blair was charged with assaulting a woman outside a Gold Coast nightclub in March but the matter was this morning struck out in Southport Magistrates Court after a bungle by police.
The official court notice asked Blair to face court in April 2011 - 11 months before the alleged assault occurred.
Blair, who will play five-eighth for the Storm tomorrow night against Wests Tigers, did not appear in court as his defence lawyer Colin Greatorix successfully argued for the charges to be dropped.
"The notice is fundamentally flawed and the matter must be struck out," he said.
Magistrate Catherine Pirie agreed, rejecting suggestions by police prosecutors that it was 'only a minor error'.
"It is not a minor error. The court notice is struck out," she said.
Despite the bungle, police could issue a fresh charge against Blair over the alleged assault, which came in the hours after the Storm's 30-6 win over the Titans in round 2.
Ms Pirie then offered some advice to Blair's lawyer should the Storm star be served with a new notice to appear.
"Tell him to appear in the future, not the past," she said.
I tried to get off a speeding fine because of a similar "inconsistant detail" he had written NSW instead of ACT in the state field when he took my licence details.
rang a traffic infringement lawyer, last ditch hope, he told me to f**k off and just pay it, didnt stand a chance....
