Will they let Tinks in to cattle class for his next flight home?

They've been cracking down on fat merkins in cattle class.

He's got until February when the court hears the case to wind up the companies. What's the hurry?
Your first grade squad might want to know if they will be playing home games at Bluetongue in red and black jumpers in March or not.

If you are running a NRL club, you dont plan on gong to the ATM the day before the ATO wants you would up for outstanding tax bills!!!!!!!!

He might scrape together enough for a canoe.

The again I reckon he'll be picked up on a leaky boat with a heap of Sri Lankans somewhere near Christmas Island.

He doesnt have another 2 cents unless he sells them.

Anyway, all you collective Knight supporting financial genii - anyone paid the tax bill or the rent yet?

Didnt think so.

Show us the money boys. Not the wank about Whitehaven's share price at any given minute, but the CASH that will stop the Knights being killed by the ATO, or at least giving you a home ground to play at next year???????

Parra is fine. Everyone is fine compared to the Knights under that fat lying genius Tinkler.

Excellent. So all clubs are turning a large profit and there is no need for any of them to seek addition funds from the ARLC!!!!!!

That means there will be more money left to be spent helping Newy pay their bills and bail them out when Tinks forgets to pay up.

He has given the members club an undertaking everyone will be paid up in the next few weeks. Lets get excited and see if the sky actually does fall at that point...

It was 7 to 10 days only a few days ago? Has it dragged out again?

I thought they built a plane especially to carry Tinks...

Why did Tinkler have to get involved in a RL club? Why couldn't he have annoyed the AFL or RU instead?

If Tinkler never came along our club would probably have Rick Stone trumpeting the resigning of Joel Edwards with Burrito standing in the background. I can just picture the press release now...

"Joel is a tremendous player who has the added advantage of being a Newcastle junior. We had no problems negotiating with his manager because we unanimously agreed that it's only a matter of time before Joel steps foot in the Origin arena. Joel represents everything that is great about our club and we're hopeful he can see out his career at the one club."

No thanks to that parallel universe. Tinkler isn't a saint but we're a million miles ahead of where we were.

The same Rick Stone who made the finals the year before Supercoach and all his star signings couldn't even do that? Yeh what a burden to have him...

When Stone was coach the players partied like it was '97, bullsh!tted him when it suited, didn't rehab injuries properly, and didn't train. Stoney is a nice bloke, too nice. Especially after Brian Smith. The players took the p!ss out of him.

Absolute miracle they made the finals that year. From memory they had the bye in round 26 and pinched 8th spot.

and yet they did make the 8. But when benny comes in, brings some serious talent with him, and yet crickets were chirping around Hunter Stadium during the final series. He's a better coach, and had a vastly superior team. But didnt make the cut...

I'd say that is advantage Stone.
