we bought that spit for $500 a few years ago, I believe because it was a display model or something. One third of it's original price and my mum still didn't like it. We've got decent use out of it and my dad only set it on fire once. My dad bought it, but I am taking it with me when (or should I say if) I move it

I wrote out a big piece on the issues, but probably not the right place to post it. I will say, that between redundancies and resignations of highly regarded and experienced people, their standing in the industry has softened significantly.

That's a polite way to describe its previous look. It was an absolute dump, no-one except die hard boozers would be seen dead there. Hadn't been touched since the early 80's except for a mural painted in the old bistro in the late 90's.
