This could be a big test for Fifita's integrity. Sharks fans are used to getting kicked in the guts....year, after year, after bloody year. Let's hope we hang in here.

Probably been said previously but plenty of reasons why burrito will remain a shark. Most obvious one is the chance to play with his bro.... Something he should achieve at some stage this year. He has just settled with his young family which is obviously a big part of his his "happy place" at the moment. He's played his best footy by far here which has lead to SOO and Aussie honours. Plenty of new and old mates here also. We for once can afford to make a healthy play for him. Might have to slightly back-end the contract but considering our aging roster that wouldn't be too hard. I might be wrong but see many reasons why we are in the box seat...... Get it done..... Probably our most crucial signing in recent times imo.

Like to believe that were true but my money is on him already wearing a white cap with a black rabbit on it.

This link has little substance. Even at Wests in the 20s David was a benchie. David's performances in NSW Cup were average. He must be behind Vave,Robinson and Arona for starters. His best chance is as a benchie during Origin. That would be mixed blessing as Andrew wont be there. I think the Storm and Wallabies are just as likely as the Rabbits for Andrew. To keep him we need a speedy good outcome from ASADA and major shirt sponsor.

My guess is the Wallabies. They will see themselves falling behind NZ And England if SBW and Burgess play. They have no cap issues and Fifita would be a big marketing tool along with Izzy.

Not so sure Australian rugby is as cashed up as the English RU.

1 of the Aussie franchises would need to purchase him, in conjunction with the ARU?

If money is tight in the provinces, spending huge $ on imports may cause disruption among the loyal rugby players.

As a compromise, how about we sacrifice your balls....but keep Fifita.

Yeah OK but that doesn't really work. If he stays the balls are safe as.

From what I heard this morning I'm putting then back in the Calvin's anyway.

I'm led to believe there may be an issue with too many back ended contracts.

Fifita is the biggest name on the market. We love him, he loves us... I don't see why he would want to be souths back up plan

Lol at Sharks fans whinging that one of their players may be bought by another club. All you lot do is buy players. No such thing as developing juniors at Cronulla.

No the other way around. He is putting them back in his hanes undies as they are now safe due to Souths back ended problems.

Yeah, thats the way I saw it too Aus and Carch.

Ive never been too overly dissappointed at losing players (aside from Presto), but Fifita would definitely hurt. I love the bloke.
