Melbourne have spent some top dollar signing up kids from NZ.

Vunivalu would be nearly be on a full time money - was that sought after.
Rennie is on big money - he was highly rated in NZ.

Good for NZ - a quick look all the following players are from NZ / NZ borned and partially raised.

They should start singing the NZ anthem before Storm NYC games lol.

Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad
Elias Vole
Tony Tumusa
Ruben Rennie
Vincent Rennie
Nelson Asofa-Solomona
Pride Petterson-Robati
Josh Minhinnick
Una Mohi
Shae Ah-Fook
Kurt Bernard
Junior Kirisome
Sheldon Pitama
Vunivalu was signed from St Kents rugby.

Most were established rep players in NZ prior to Storm signing them.

Right time too for most now that the storm will be going through a few changes over the next few years and there are spots up for grab at nearly every position.

NAS played probably his only game in SG ball last week and Vunivalu is turning out for the 2 string first team this weekend.

Nope, they'll be playing in the q cup as far as I know

If they did play NYC I'd be confident of going all the way

Warriors squad:

Siliva Havili
Solomone Kata,
Toafofoa Sipley
Viliame Kaveinga
James Taylor
Katamiro Atera
Ken Maumalo
KoumaSamson
Kurt Robinson
Lafu Feagaiga
Mason Lino
Metia Lisati
Michael Sio
Ngataua Hukatai
Sam Cook
Sam Lisone
Adam Tuimavave-Gerrard
Alamoti Finau
Braxton Stanley
David Fusitua

Coach: Stacey Jones

A number of players returning from last year which should be good for this team.
Havili and Kata have had some first grade time.
Jones takes over the coaching from John Ackland in a move the club hopes will unify the playing styles between The Warriors, Vulcans and U20's.

This team should do well. After all with James Taylor ans Sam Cook in the side they have plenty of hits in them.

Was about to say there's no way Havili would still be U20. He's been there for way too long.

There's only 20 players on that list and I'd be surprised if Kata and Fusitua don't spend most of their time in NSW Cup, or even first grade if there's enough injuries.

I'd also assume any U20's list would include Mason Tonks and Jordan Baldwinson, even if they too spend most of their time in NSW Cup.

The Storm will have a very strong squad this year, will go close to winning it.

The names Rueben Rennie, Nelson Asofa-Solomona, Suliasi Vunivalu and Prde Petterson Robati are the ones to follow.

manly are never any good at 20's but won tonight.
