I think this guy deserves his own thread.
We have found a real gem here.He is fast , excellent feet and is dangerous with the ball. Once we learn to play him well he could be a real strike weapon.
He almost looks silky enough to play centre if had too. In two of his games he has run for over 150mtrs.Great stuff, and he tackles hard too.
I have friends who support other clubs and the first thing they say is who is this Mau guy-He is a beast!! He has brought a breathe of fresh air to the club and some real passion too.

Ma'u is that edge forward we have needed for a while, runs hard all game and a lot of it is directed at the opposition halves.

I agree, he looks smaller than most of our backline! I doubt he is 100kg. Hopefully next off season he puts on a bit of bulk, then he really will be a weapon. I like his attitude though, we need more mongrel.

It's the funniest thing - we were all pronouncing his name the right way the first time but it was the stupid commentators who stuffed us up. Same thing happened with Radradra.
You would think they would find out how to pronounce the names BEFORE they play their first game.
