    Can’t believe all the talk about Trindall & Hynes. Trindall has had half a dozen good games, and has just come off DUI charges. If you ignore origin and just consider club football, Hynes has been probably the 2nd best halfback for the last 3 years, I’d take Hynes over Trindall in a heartbeat...

    I like the thought of Ilias. didn’t get a fair crack at Souths, he was the “halfback” but never got the chance to actually run the team. Think there’s a good player in their when actually allowed to play the natural halfback role.

    I think Doueihi is 10 times the player any of those you have listed. The injuries are a concern yes, but I think he is/could easily be a 6 with the right guys around him. keep in mind he’s been playing for the tigers and always behind a forward pack getting dominated. Luke brooks for example...
