    You don’t bring Juniors through with essentially a bunch of reserve graders. We’ve gained nothing from letting Gutho and RCG go, as well as dropping Matto and even Cartwright. Get some wins on the board and then bring in the odd junior. he has gone about this the complete wrong way.
