    That's because each manufacturers could buy the rights from the NSWRL and ARL to make jerseys, which is why we see jerseys from mid 80s through to 98ish for different manufacturers.

    I've heard that too that some collectors out there are just pests, they harass and annoy former players until they let jerseys go. I've got some rare jerseys and have had those collectors annoy me wanting me to let jerseys go for a low price.

    This sh*ts me to tears. The top jersey is a fake, they've been hanging around on eBay etc for about 15 years. The collar, the SL 'S', sponsors are all tell tale signs that it's a very poorly made rip off.

    Yeah it did take a fair while to put together and it was the first time that I've done anything like that. That 2003 Airport jersey was used in the promotional shots when the sponsorship was announced but it wasn't ever used in games.

    Wasn't there a dispute between the board and the players and the king of Tonga got involved too? Can't remember exactly what the result of the dispute but guessing that's why they're an "invitational" side.

    Another interesting point is the use of the full Coat of Arms on that particular jersey rather than the generic supporters type. I like the idea behind it but the flags on the sleeves is to quote @kdalymc "a bit gay".

    I picked up one on Friday night and looked again on the jerseys megastore site and it's only 5XL's that are left, everything else is sold out. I would assume that it would be a white number with black or blue outline.

    actually like the Raiders one. Would be a good 9s jersey or charity jersey. The Souths one is just a rip off of Avalon Bulldogs!

    * inconsistency of referees from week to week * having to suffer through Bronco Night Football each Friday or Thursday night * NRL giving Cam Smiths wife a ring was baffling * agenda driven media acting as crisis merchants at every opportunity

    This part of the Warriors jersey annoys me as the sponsor is placed too high or that part of the design is too low. It's just left it looking out of balance. Should have been left blank. Would be a sensational looking jersey rather than an OK looking one.
