    2026 Progression

It's great that the team look fitter this pre-season but the sheer number of injuries - particularly leg injuries - last year should be cause for concern. How is that being addressed ? The trainers need to work on both a player's strength and flexibility and their tackling technique to avoid a...

What Movies Have You Seen III

I watched The Night Comes For Us........f**king hell, the violence and gore is insane and very realistic - not that I've personally witnessed machete attacks, heads crushed underfoot, frenzied stabbings or any of that but I think the director did a convincing job. I tried to follow which bad...

What Movies Have You Seen III

I nearly bought a copy of The Raid last week at the same retro dvd shop where I bought Nobody 2, one of the great action films of all time. I bought Prey (Predator franchise one) instead. I haven't seen The Night Comes For Us, I'll look it up.

What Movies Have You Seen III

I stopped reading reviews, especially those on imdb, rotten tomatoes etc many years ago as they are annoying and ego driven drivel mostly, people trying to prove their own worth and happy to destroy a great film for clicks and likes - wankers rating Citizen Kane 1 out of 10 etc. Plus I like...

What Movies Have You Seen III

Nobody 2 2025 I loved the first movie because it was such a surprise, I knew nothing about it or the lead actor Bob Odenkirk before watching which added to the enjoyment greatly. Part 2 is also a good watch even though it's very predictable. I like that it doesn't take itself at all seriously...

What Movies Have You Seen III

I've been re-watching some old xmas movies with the wife recently and The Grinch was one of them, great xmas movie. We were saying this probably scared a few of the younger kids. Carrey makes the movie but the young actress Taylor Momsen playing Cindy Lou Who did a great job as well.

What Movies Have You Seen III

Predator, Badlands I really enjoyed it on the big screen. I liked the last one better - Prey - but this was entertaining. 7/10 They really pumped up the volume and immersive surround sound thingy. It took my old ears a while to adjust. The new reclining seats too at my local were great.

    Actors / Personal Life

Soylent Green and Planet of the Apes are classic but yeah he was a dick.

    Actors / Personal Life

I don't pay much attention to actor's private lives, political views and misdemeanors, I'll watch anyway if I like the actor or director. Tom Cruise for example with his Scientology and weird interviews, doesn't matter, he's a great actor who makes the unbelievable believable. But....having said...

What Movies Have You Seen III

Memories Of Murder 2003 (Korea) Bong Joon Ho (The Host, Parasite, Snowpiercer), directed and co-wrote this and jayzuz he must really hate Korean coppers because he portrays the main three cops in this as the most violent, inept and incredibly stupid people you can imagine, so much so that it...

What Movies Have You Seen III

Youtube, free. No-one does bleak dystopias like the English, 1984, Children Of Men, 28 Days Later, Day of the Triffids and many others, all really unsettling and grim.

    In Memoriam

The only radio shock jock I disliked more than this pompous prick was Alan Jones.

    The Rumours Thread

Except there will likely be weeks where our starting props will be Guler and Kerr and you won't need Willie Mason to tell you that's laughable. The loss of JDB and Klem is huge. If we don't sign some big fullas we're in trouble.
