    A caveat is a warning, as in 'caveat empor', which means 'buyer beware', when purchasing a property. I think you looking for the word 'covenant', which is an agreement, usually formal, between two or more persons to do or not do something specified.

    I think he was refering to rules at the breakdown as opposed to the play the ball. Go Eagles, stop waxing lyrical about your sport on here you tool. It is a game that is fundamentally flawed and the powerbrokers know it. Tell me the last time a throw in went in straight or a team closed...
