    Charity Shield 2024

Dragons forwards made easy heads with hard running, short passes in the ruck and quick play the balls. I can already see Flannos signature touch in that first 40 minutes. If not for a few individual errors by the usuals, it could have been a very different result.

    Charity Shield 2024

I actually thought the dragons were more dominant in the first 25 minutes and were unlucky not to take the lead with a couple of meat pies.

    Charity Shield 2024

But Souths first half team had 8 players missing from starting 17. Latrell Wighton Cook Walker Munro Graham Havili Shaq Mitchell

    Flanno's New Signings

I think the Red V will make a big play for Founa Blake.

Match Discussion: Round 24 vs Canterbury @ McDonald Jones Stadium, New Lambton / Awabakal

I’m just stoking some competitive banter. I actually like the knights they are my second team and one of a very few that supported Souths when they were kicked out in 2000.

Match Discussion: Round 24 vs Canterbury @ McDonald Jones Stadium, New Lambton / Awabakal

I did mention they are due for a big game which would indicate they haven’t been playing well!

Match Discussion: Round 24 vs Canterbury @ McDonald Jones Stadium, New Lambton / Awabakal

Unfortunately without Hastings the knights kicking game was woeful second half. Souths will be ready and due for a big game.

Match Discussion: Round 24 vs Canterbury @ McDonald Jones Stadium, New Lambton / Awabakal

In the last 6 weeks the knights have played Dogs twice, Tigers, Dolphins, a bye and a shitty raiders team. Now the easy draw is over, they will have to play a near full strength Souths team with 3 forwards returning next week and an inform sharks team.

    Next game vs the Wabbits

Cody out but so is Murray, Mitchell, Arrow, Burgess and young gun Moale. Both AJ and Graham are training with injured players and doubtful. Saints have their golden chance!

    Dragons V Sharks Round 4

The good news for Red V supporters is the bigger the loss the closer to change. I’ve heard a few Manly players are not re signing until they know what Hasler is doing.

    Souths Game Talking Points

Souths have only lost one in the past seven weeks and in the last three have beaten knights with 8 players missing, the Dogs with four players missing and last week they only had Campbell Graham missing. I think the fact they are near full strength with the addition of cook and Murray is a worry...

    Round 5 v Souths

Why compare the two fullbacks , they very rarely meet on the field. Souths are a different team to the CS. In the CS, Ilias was debuting but has improved considerably since, and Latrell, Murray, Knight and Campbell didn’t play. On form, Souths have played three of the top four teams favored to...

Round 25 vs Bunnies (Goodbye Corey)

You might get your wish, Souths are fielding their entire reserve team bar 4 regulars from their starting 17.

    Round 22 vs Panthers

The coach deserves some blame. He has not got this team well prepared. They are flat and passing from side to side like an under 14s team. The forwards can’t make any meters through the middle and the halves have no room to straighten the attack.

    Round 20 v Rabbits

What about Murray, he is their Radley. Even though they had Tatola, Johnson, Campbell and Murray out, I thought the Dragons youngsters with the likes of Hunt, McCullough and Simms were good for 60 minutes of that game. You can’t get juice out of a stone and the young Dragons were always going to...
