    I should also point out that the terms Ryles' was given when he started must have calculated this year. It wasn't "you MUST WIN NEXT year!!! FFS" The tender was for a cleanout of BA's legacy and a turnaround in the Club from juniors through to seniors reflected in overall club performance.
