    Concept of Mascord in 2015 had every club get same grant both in Oceania and Europe. Imagine Toulouse with NRL grant?! Would be threat to french domestic rugby teams.

    The original concept of NRL buying superleague was broadcast money would be pooled and each team would get same grant. Toulouse and Catalans would immediately be able to compete with rugby clubs over there. Don't think that's the case anymore but just an example of benefits of united game.
