    We have somewhere between 25 to 27 signed.. depends if Nick/Connor are Top30 which noone has officially confirmed.. so absolute minimum of 2 still to be confirmed in the next five weeks just to get to 29... maybe its just a promotion of a young one or two... and maybe liddles injury influences...

    Agree! but I'm glad (for once) its not us who has to go thru the legal/media circus.. and maybe gives player agents atleast some pause for next time. Generally when a player is grumpy for long enough and wants out, its 99/100 times just easier to move the player on and if you can get something...

    LKT though was playing SG Ball 2yrs ago in 2024 (next to Kade Reed), thats how young he is.. tbf though he did play a couple of games in NSW Cup in 2023.. he has been fast-tracked..... its just that guys like Ethan Strange and Sam Walker make it look like its normal for a 20yr old to handle NRL...

    Nothing is for certain.. but I think its also prop, or will be at some point... but I think we will keep him out of the position for as long as we can... so he doesnt get bashed by 120kg dudes while hes still a teenager..... if he stays 2nd row he needs to develop a reliable offload so they cant...

    2nd row is really our only position with depth though.. and we have tbh too much of it.. which is why I think we would really like guys like Nick, Jacob and Coutts to play in other positions at some stage.. I mean if they want to find a way onto the 1st grade bench anyway.. they can play 2nd row...

    I've always thought this too.. but Ryan wouldnt be in the starting 13... and I dunno if hes on the bench or not for Round 1.. cause guys like Kerr, Sele, Ryan, Leilua, Nick, Tonga, Halangahu are all fighting for 3 spots (with the hooker), Coutts might pressure mid season also.... this assumes...

    Ai, there are a pool of players living in Sydney (its a large pool) that we struggle to attract because moving away from family & friends is as big ask (times that by 10 if they have young or school-age children).. especially if they have the option to stay-put and sign with another sydney-based...
