    Gee, the NRL have set the season up beautifully. The Titans v's Wests Tigers in the final game of the year....another spoonbowl FFS. For those that can remember an old movie called 'The Highlander' there is a famous line "there can be only one" well that's us...we are easily the worst team...

    As a team we have, and have been for a long time, been too small, too slow, too low footballing IQ, too badly coached and too poorly run as a footballing organisation. I didn't expect too much from this year which is as it has turned out. Something needs to change but I won't hold my breath...

    I've got the Knights up 30 to 18. If I'm wrong and we win, I'm happy....If I'm right I'm a bit richer. I think their backs are far too strong. Forwards cancel each other out for mine. Kasey Badger to screw us in a bunker call....never fails!!!

    Season 2025

    Tim Johannssen actually reminds me, body wise at least, of the late great Bob Cooper. If he could be half the back rower Cooper was I'd be happy. Might turn out to be a good partner for Sam Fainu. Maybe don't bulk him up to be a middle forward too soon. Lets see his running game first.

    I was actually going to post something to this effect but thought no, I don't want to be seen attacking Benji. I do think he needs to go sooner rather than later. Every day he has control is every day a more seasoned coach loses exposure to the players...certainly a new coach must be in place...

    Bula could learn a bit from some of these other 'fringe' fullbacks. The Titans and Dolphins both have players that are only in due to injuries to their teams regular fullbacks....both of whom I'd take over Bula based on effort and enthusiasm. Bula really needs to lift. Having said all that...
