    What's the point of promoting leagues overseas? Why not promote the AFL in places around Aus. where there isn't a team, like I said. Places like Tas, NT, Gold Coast, Newcastle, Canberra, Central Coast or N.QLD might eventually have a team.

    That's what the Footy show is meant to be for...except they'd rather dress up as clowns or whatever. If Gallop was fair dinkum he'd do something about it. Don't tell me that the Footy Show promotes the NRL...it promotes stupidity and makes RL into one big joke :x

    Nah your right. That feedback thing is useless. I think the best would be to send letters in the post. It also will look like more effort is being put into it. I was thinking of sending one "big email/letter" with all our suggestions put in. But it would be better to 'flood' NRL...

    Whenever somebody suggests a 16,18 or 20 team comp., its always scrapped because "there's not enough money". I might sound like a dumbass because the answer is probably obvious but why was the ARL able to have a 20 team comp in 95 & 96 and the NRL in 98. In 99 the NRL had a 17 team comp...

    Why do?

    I'd go looking for it if I didn't need to switch the channel straight away. You'll have to go looking for it eventually. But if a show was starting imediately (like the Footy show 8) ) then i'd just get up and walk to the tv and look for it during the ad break.

    If there's more line breaks especially where they player is run down and even put into touch then its more exciting that watching a grubber kicked into the ingoal for an attempt to score every time. If it is harder to score tries then we would get lower score lines which means closer games like...

    Why can't we just have a decent scrum like Union. There is going to be alot more penalties but it would be worth it. Its better than watching the ball just go in an out.

    I don't study the game extremly closely so someone can help me out. How could we increase the amount of line breaks but decrease the amount of tries or decrease the scoreline. I don't know if it can really be done but it would make games twice as exciting if there would be more match winning...

    Good idea. Someone who knows how to write a real good leter can combine all our ideas. And in the letter we can list all the people that contributed. We could send one within a week and then another in month from now if there are more ideas. We can make it an ongoing thing. Possible even open up...
