Axemen proclaimed by the City of Jacksonville

Last week the Axemen were officially recognized by the City of Jacksonville when a proclamation was made for their accomplishments in rugby league, international promotion of the City of Jacksonville, their undefeated season, commitment to the community and making it to the National Championship match to be hosted in Jacksonville. August 23 will be officially "Axemen Day".

After 9 years of promoting Rugby League in the City, bringing events to North Florida, continuing to have success on the field and securing the National Championship for Jacksonville, the Axemen are starting to really become a well known sports brand in Jacksonville.
