So pears and Norman would be two high profile guys whose retention might be jeopardised.

More so indirectly than directly, I think choc has added some steal and mental toughness to that club that we've lacked for a number of years, if he's also contributed to the signing of some star players too than he's more than done his job... I'd probably go as far as saying that it was a master stroke signing.
