I'm no expert, but this wong fella sounds like a bit of a bullshit artist.

1)
One Solutions is seeking $120,161.16 over the Sharks' alleged failure to provide a range of benefits it thought it was entitled to before the $330,000 plus GST sponsorship unravelled in the wake of Cronulla refusing to grant Michael Gordon a mid-season release to Parramatta in 2015
not sure what that has to do with sponsorship and if he had a contract with us then why should we let him walk?
Gordon had form with this behaviour at Penrith.
spat the dummy when he didn't get to play fullback.

2)
It is claimed the Sharks failed to provide proper One Solutions branding on playing jerseys – including an unapproved company logo – for the first 17 rounds of the 2014 season and didn't manufacture training apparel with the logo which was worn by its players during the end of the 2013 campaign and entire 2014 season
Unapproved? did we just copy and paste from their website?

3)
The Sharks said they served a statement of claim to One Solutions' mailing address in February pursuing $93,500 in unpaid sponsorship. In a sworn affidavit One Solutions' general manager Kin Wong denies his company received the statement of claim
conveniently went missing??? Maybe the Sharks lawyers forgot the stamp?

3)
The statement of claim also lists the company's brand and reputation was damaged due to a number of Cronulla scandals; among them Todd Carney's lewd nightclub act, the ASADA affair, Paul Gallen's NRL tweet, Andrew Fifita's rehab stint and the club reneging on an early release for Gordon
da fug?

yeah that happened but the Sharks were embroiled in the ASADA stuff from April/May One solution didn't sign on until August....
The entire world was well aware by then what was happening and I'd say this pissy unknown company jumped at the chance to get their name out there by linking with us.

plus Carney had been sacked by every club he'd played at,,,a quick google of his name would've made them aware of his reputation.

The firm – which provides lending, insurance, financial and property advice – is alleging the Sharks failed to deliver on promised benefits after One Solutions linked with the club in August 2013, in a statement of claim lodged with Sutherland Local
Court

4)
One Solutions admits to not handing over the quarterly instalments, but denies the Sharks delivered on benefits during that period. Cronulla are adamant they were provided between January 31 and May 14 when the agreement ended.
The Sharks also allege One Solutions' conduct, which included Wong telling Fairfax Media in an interview he would withdraw his sponsorship over the Gordon affair, caused them to suffer loss and damage.
sounds like he was looking for an excuse to bail.
Should of done his homework
