Over the last week I've watched the 1st 5 Rocky movies after having never seeing any of them before.

So is there any classic movies you've never actually watched in full?
Movies you know are loved by many but just never got around to seeing for whatever reason, or no reason.

Another one I've never seen is E.T.

Being an 80's kid it's pretty surprising I've never seen it, but yeah, just haven't.

Casablanca was surprisingly good. I didn't think I'd enjoy a romance movie from 1942.
Just looking through imbd top 250, taking away older movies (pre-1970. I have seen about half of those older movies but i don't want the list full of old movies) foreign and indie movies ( same story, have seen some but don't want a list of foreign and indie films)

Schlinders list
One flew over the cuckoos nest
Whiplash
American Beauty
Taxi driver
Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind
Inglourious bastards
Die hard- any die hard actually
Stand by me
The princess bride
Donnie darko

Yes I am the same with your list apart from the Jaws series and have only seen one Bond film all the way through which was Never Say Never Again.
The first Jaws movie is definitely worth seeing, Jaws 2 is ok if you love seeing teenagers get munched by sharks and a shark destroying a helicopter but don't go anywhere near Jaws3 or Jaws the Revenge, they stink.

Not sure whether you would call them classics but have not seen any of the Harry Potter series or The Lord Of Rings series or the Jurassic Park series

Citizen Kane is one of the few pre-70s classics I have seen. Only got around to renting it out about 10 years ago cos we felt obliged to watch it. It was OK I suppose, but I kinda wasn't feeling it - certainly no Waynes World or Hot Shots that's for sure.

Apocalypse Now is the immediate one that comes to mind. Have rented it out a couple of times over the years but never got to watching it! I think we have it in our VHS collection at home, maybe I'll make a point to watch it this weekend now that it's fresh in mind again!

Have seen bits and pieces of the Godfather & older Bond movies, but never start to finish in their entirety.

Doing what other people have done comparing IMDB all time top movies list (http://www.imdb.com/chart/top), here's the 10 highest ranking ones that I haven't seen at all (full or part):
- 12 Angry Men
- Seven Samurai
- It's A Wonderful Life
- Life Is Beautiful
- Once Upon A Time In The West
- Spirited Away
- Casablanca
- City Lights
- Rear Window
- Dr Strangelove (I actually rented this one time as well around same time as Citizen Kane, but disc was screwy so only could watch first 10 minutes, so doesn't count as 'part')
