Imo i would promote Herbert to the wing plus he isn't a bad goal kicker either.

On the bright side Dugan can sort his contract out now and it may be less distracting to the playing group..
If a replacement shines Dugan might come unstuck.Its unlucky timing for him. But may be luck for us in the long run.
