Next reply by the Greeks.

On the contrary. We have more. But we want to protect them for the moment. But the lists are known to the authorities

Asked them where are these so called fake countries

Just check your IF's list... You will see many countries that RL is not even mentioned there

Well done guys, you asked all the right questions, but as expected, got no answers.

This is the same guy that punished a team for momentarily using a Gilbert, while the Steeden ball went off the edge of a hillside, during a match. Now using a gilbert for his logo. Anyway, that's one of the more harmless things he's done.

I think it's best not to engage with him at all guys. As you see, you get no answers anyway, and he thrives on being acknowledged.

Yep, nonsensical paranoid ranting is his game, without ever producing any real evidence. Do not waste your time.

Just because some people have unilaterally decided it's not significant doesn't mean it's not true or not a story. It absolutely should be reported, investigated and reported again. Why the only mainstream journo on the planet who actually covers international football events and issues cops shit for it is baffling to say the least.

Its not been reported though has it...it's a incendiary tweet with zero substance and zero follow up from a guy who should know better

So every lone rogue nutter that starts a free wix web page and facebook page, and self-declares himself the new world governing body, should be given spotlight by the media?

Until it's proven that it's not much more than that it's absolutely newsworthy to report a body that is claiming to be an alternative global governing body has been set up. The fact a couple of nobodies on an interweb forum have a personal gripe about the issue and a pathetic jealousy of Mascord is the last possible reason why a professional journalist with the best possible reputation of any international rugby league journo should pretend it hasn't happened and censor himself and others.

I emailed danny k,of the RLEF,this morning and he's just replied,he's aware of what the WRL are about and who certain people are...he seems confident its nowt to worry about at the moment, and I trust him..he doesn't see union fingerprints on it though and had been in contact with "sports accord'...so we'll see

It's really counter productive for many reasons we are all familiar with. But it also adds confusion when rugby league wants to knock on doors of governments and businesses to introduce itself.

WRL opens bid procedure for 2018 World Cup
rl-9-world-cup-2018.jpg

WRL opened the bid procedure for the WRL 9's World Cup, planned to take place in 2018.
Six nations have already applied to participate in the World Cup, while four more are in talks with the WRL Board.
Two Nations have expressed their intentions to host the World Cup and now that the procedure oppened, they will have to apply officially.
The World Cup committee are optimistic about the tournament although some of the Federations are in their first steps and are still organising themselves under the new international umbrella of WRL.
