2016 Annual report. Page You owe a director $1mill and have a loan arrangement for $2.7mill, of which you have drawn down on $1.4million. I'm not sure about the loan to the pizza guy and what happened to that?

Thanks , I’ve never bothered to read that stuff.

Yes it seems we still owe big $ to someone but it’s nowhere as big as it was 5 years ago.

With the development advancing to the stage that we get paid for the units being sold again, things should improve.

Someone needs to explain to me exactly what makes this guy so great...

You all talk like he shits gold, but what has he ever actually done?

Prior to turning the Sharks around, he started and ran the WSW and before that was involved in running the A League.

Took the basket case of the western Sydney warriors to a title
Then took the biggest basket case in rugby league from spoon to premiers
Don’t think for a second without him that happens.

He is a works class negotiator
He speaks articulately
He knows what he is talking about
Sponsors want to get involved with him not the other way around.

The dudes a f**king legend.

He walked into the Sharks when they were an absolute basketcase and fixed them up straight away.
-Remember when the sharks consistenly had no sponsors? Now every piece of real estate is sold.
-You are quibbling about $2.4 million in debt which is being serviced? When he started it was $10 MILLION and the club was about to be foreclosed.
-Remember when the sharks had terrible memberships and crowds? All on the up up up.
-The club has won awards for game day experience.
- He refused to employ me.
- He then employed me and refused to promote me.
- He did this

But what he should be most remembered for is the way he stared down the firm of Gallen and Flano and wrestled control of the club from them and forced them to focus on football. Thats what won us a premiership.

It's old fashioned strong leadership. He has also singlehandedly promoted womens rugby league despite the NRL, setting up the side and signing the first contract.

Good luck to him at Manly, but he's wasted there, would make the world of difference as the NRL CEO.
