They use whoever they can get, and because there is decent money in country cricket for talented players they get a lot of them from all over the place. its no different that African American imports naturalising and playing basketball for Australia or someone like Karrmichael Hunt doing similar. It doesnt worry me, if they want to play for england then they are english.
