Anyone know much about Josh Elmer who has just signed to play for Tampa Mayhem in the upcoming USARL season?

Looks like Sydney A Grade and for Cabramatta in the 2016 Sydney Shield.

So in NSW it's NRL>NSW Cup>Ron Massey Cup>Sydney Shield. The Newcastle comp is probably RMC standard because there is a match coming up between combined RMC and 'Real NRL..'
