I only get out to Henson Park a few times a year, meanwhile I'm looking forward to the "Back to Lidcombe Oval" day next Saturday, (Jeys v Wests Magpies) where I watched my first league games as a Lidcombe youngster in the late 60s, and excelled in the long jump at our school athletic carnivals.
