Vonny says the NRL is now saying it’s on the home club(Melbourne) to provide the timing if Manly didn’t provide one.
Bring out the popcorn.

Yes, but they complained (on legitimate grounds), which takes it straight back to either Manly, the NRL, or both.

As far as I can see, Manly are absolved of all blame. They don't have a time keeper.

Then it goes to Melbourne, who complained.

So it falls back on the NRL!

Regardless, how does this wrong get righted?

The finger pointing is well and truly in full swing now. This code cannot go 5 f**king minutes without some massive drama that throws everyone.

It sounds as though ultimately it is the responsibility of the home team to time sin bins.

Why would they think that rule is a good idea anyways?

"Away team must accept timing of home official"

What is stopping them from adding a sneaky 30 seconds.
