Based on what I saw today if that's dished up again my prediction would have to be Easts by 4 even without their players.

In saying that Tigers probably just get up.

Many will be expecting Wests to win this and so they should given our fullback is likely to be Blake Ferguson or Reece Robinson.

Additionally, we will probably have Matterson cover Latrell which will set a new record for the slowest centre pairing in the history of the sport.

Having said that we should still be stoic defensively against a team who has struggled in attack and we are playing with house money a bit here so you never know.

Like round 1, 12 points might be enough to win this.

I wouldn’t say we struggle in attack (well technically we do) but we haven’t yet had consistent 1-17 all year which doesn’t help when you’re a team with a lot of new players trying to gel.

3-1 tries v the bulldogs with a fair try disallowed (imo), made 100 more tackles aswell as a poor completion rate

If our defense is good enough we should be ok in this, but if roosters were at full strength I’d be worried.

I don’t know what the roosters team will be but I’m confident they’ll still be running out more Rep players then Wests will.

I’ll tip us but like Valheru says it will probably be a close low scoring affair.

A top 8 clash on a dire weekend. Roosters missing Tedesco, Mitchell, Napa and Cordner. Tiges missing no-one. Assuming the curse is now broken following the previous game, the Tiges should prevail here.

Whare and Kikau/Yeo/CHN at the Panthers a few weeks ago probably had them covered.

Actually, Tupou is apparently a chance to play this week which would still result in Fergo at fullback but at least Robinson won't play in that case

Roosters still look ok on paper if Topou is back. But no Latrell hurts them a lot in attack and also goal kicking which is likely to be crucial in a close low scoring game. Tigers deserve to be favourites.

Pretty sure we played the Roosters in 2016 when missing Origin players and they towelled us up. They still have a quality 6/7/9, international props and wingers
