I know he's no ABD, but I wanted to mention this.
Comfortably the best Ireland has every produced. Arguably the best ever produced by an associate. I'm glad he was able to hold on long enough to earn a test cap, it clearly meant the world to him. And his knock in the second dig set up a chance of a win for the Irish.
18,000 FC runs at 48, that's a great career by any standard.
